Google Now  is a voice commands personal assistance that work like magic just say "Okay Google".
It will open to you Google Now. Now you just say the magical voice commands to google now, microphone icon starts pulsing that mean Google Now is listening, Now you can give a command and it does the required actions to complete the given task.

CONVERT YOUR TEXT INTO AUDIO IN NOTEPAD

Now days audio books more popular then text book, you can listen your text book as a audio book by following this steps.


HOW TO CONVERT TEXT INTO AUDIO USING NOTEPAD.

STEP 1:

Open notepad. you can open using run to open press Win+R type Notepad and enter.

STEP 2:

Copy the code and paste in notepad

Some Tips & Tricks for Skype Users

Since 2003 Skype become a regular form of online communication in Earth. Millions of people use it for voice calls, video calls & text messaging for data cost only. You can also call mobile & landline numbers for small little fee.



Here some Tips & Tricks related to Skype that make easy to use.


1. BACKUP & TRANSFER YOUR SKYPE CONTACT


For do this click on "contacts" menu then go Advanced option and click "backup contacts to file".
Its generate contact.vcf file which you can save on your computer drive.

You can send the .vcf file to other computer and restore it.

For restore sing into Skype account click "contacts" menu then go to "advanced" option and click "restore contacts from file" now you select the .vcf file form your computer drive.


2.  EDIT YOUR LAST MESSAGE


You can re-edit your last send message. Simply press Up Arrow  key from keyboard your last message will appear just edit and hit enter to end again.


3.  MAKE DIRECT CALL FROM CONTACT LIST.


You can make call by double clicking any Skype contact.
For do this Go to "Tools" - "Options" - "General Settings" then tick the check box "When I Double-click on a contact start a call"


4. HIDE THE TYPING INDICATOR. 


You can see moving pencil when the other end person typing If you want to keep this off  you have to go "Tools" - "Options" - "IM & SMS" - "IM Settings" - "Show Advanced Options" - and finally tick the check box "Show when I am Typing".

5.  CLEAR YOUR CHAT HISTORY.


You can clear all of your chat history on Skype . To do this go to "Tools" - "Options" - "IM & SMS" - "IM Settings" - "Show Advanced Options" - "Clear History". You can also clean by time frame its shows in "Show Advanced Option" now select the time frame.

6.  KEYWORD NOTIFICATIONS


You can choose notification for particular words in personal IM window. To get this features go to IM click on "Conversation" menu  then "Notification Settings" click on "Notify me only if these word are mentioned".

Input the all words that you want to be notified of in the IM.

N.B This settings will disable all other notifications apart from specified keywords.

7.  HIDDEN EMOTIONS & SMILEYS


There are more emotions hide in Skype. You can see some of them in emotions set, but you can use others emotions by using short codes.

8. STOP ANIMATION IN EMOTION


You can pause animated emotions by going "Tools", - "Options", - "IM & SMS", - "IM appearance" unchecked "Show animated emotions" checkbox.

9.  ENABLE HOTKEYS


You can make your frequently used functions as hotkey shortcuts. There are also default shortcuts for few functions.

To enable go to "Tools" - "Options" - "Advanced" - "hotkeys" click on "Enable Keyboard Shortcuts" checkbox.

10.  SET YOUR CALLER ID


By set your caller Id other side of caller can see your original number.
To set click on "Skype" - "Account" It will open a webpage click on "Caller ID" - select "Country/Region" - "Phone number" - :Verify Number", That is all.

How to move the mouse cursor with the keyboard in Windows

HOW TO USE KEYBOARD AS MOUSE




Some times mouse breaks down or runs out of power. You can use keyboard's arrow keys on the numeric keypad as mouse cursor.

Make sure the Num lock feature is on. Toggled pressing the key until you see indicator light.



SHORTCUT FOR ALL VERSIONS OF WINDOWS


For this you have to follow 3 spates.

1.   Press & hold Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock at same time.

2.  A new window appears, press OK or Enter.

3.  Repeat the same to turn Mouse Keys off.

If the shortcut key did not work go to

2.  Ease of access mouse settings and enter

3.  Toggle the switch under mouse keys to on.

4.  Alt + F4 to exit this menu.
